Are Plugable Technologies products available in Europe?
Yes, Plugable products ordered on Amazon.co.uk will be dispatched by Amazon from Amazon warehouses in the UK to 26+ countries in Europe. Current available destinations include: UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Genuine Plugable Technologies brand products are displayed with the “Fulfillment by Amazon” logo, so customers know that orders, packing, dispatch, and customer service are all handled by Amazon, including hassle-free returns for any problem within 30 days.
Can I order from Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, or Amazon.it?
Not at this time. We dispatch all orders via Amazon.co.uk.
I can see some Plugable products listed on Amazon.com but cannot find them on Amazon.co.uk. Why?
Currently, the European product line is limited to USB powered devices only, so there are no power adapter localization issues. Our other products which come with their own Power Adapters are expected to join the European product line in the future.
When I order a Plugable product from Amazon.co.uk do I have to pay additional VAT?
The price on Amazon.co.uk already includes VAT.
Will I get a VAT Invoice when I order a Plugable product from Amazon.co.uk?
Currently we are not VAT registered and hence unable to provide VAT invoices.
Do Plugable’s products include documentation and support in languages other than English?
At this time, all product packaging, documentation, and support is provided in English only. Driver software varies, but may support a wider array of languages.

Do Plugable products available in Europe come with a Warranty?
All Plugable products available in Europe have a 30 day limited warranty against and defects in materials or workmanship. Return requests are handled quickly via Amazon’s returns center at http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/css/returns/homepage.html
How do I get a replacement during the Warranty period?
For addresses within the USA and UK, Amazon provides a facility for Plugable Technologies ship replacement units directly. Please contact support@plugable.com. Outside the USA and UK, exchanges must be handled as a return and purchase of a new unit, through Amazon’s returns center.
