    I just ordered a Plugable 2.5G USB C and USB to Ethernet Adapter thru, Once I submitted the order it said that the item ordered will be delivered by April 8th. With that being said I just want to know how true this is now that I’m seeing this delay notice on your page. And if so can you please let me know so that I can buy an alternative until this item is available.

      The estimate should be fairly accurate, but as with anything during this pandemic, it is hard to say with absolute certainty that delivery targets will be hit. We, and our distributors, are doing our best to provide fast and accurate delivery windows. Please contact us via email at with your order information if it is urgent to know more details.       Hi Maxwel,

      Thanks for the interest! We’ve discontinued the BT-BOX4S speakers (which is why they were selling at about half of their normal price for the past few months). So a few more units may periodically show up at Amazon, but when they’re gone there won’t be any more units available.

    Hi. i purchased the Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMIDVIVGA Video Graphics Adapter some time ago. I am looking to purchase another via amazon however it is out of stock.I see there is a Plugable USB 2.0 to VGA/DVI/HDMI Video Graphics Adapter available. My question is would this work as good as the 3.0 ? I am using it to add another monitor.

    Also, did you discontinue the 3.0 or is it a supply chain issue ?

      Thanks for reaching out!

      We haven’t discontinued the UGA-3000, it’s just a logistics issue similar to what everyone is experiencing with Amazon. The USB 2.0 version (UGA-165) would not have the same performance as your current adapter. USB 2.0 is a slower connection so cannot offer the same refresh rates under higher loads (like full-screen videos).

    That’s so true to say that “Unfortunately, some products go out of stock”.

    I’m trying to purchase a Plugable UD-3900 for 1 week now.
    Amazon France doesn’t provide any date when the product will be in stock again.
    Not even a clue…

    Purchasing it from Amazon US means nothing less than 50% extra charges (between delivery & taxes)

    There are some alternative such as the AmazonBasics working station or the V7 UDDS but honestly, none of them come closer to the Plugable UD-3900 at least in my wish to use this product rather than anything else without mentioning the user reviews on YouTube.

    The only alternative would be buying one as a refurbished item but I guess it comes without any guarantee if it stops working in say 6/12 or 18 months…
    BTW, what is the guarantee policy in that case?

    Honestly, I would defo prefer to invest in your product but I am not sure I will be able to wait 1 month or more to keep working from home, it’s frustrating to have 2 extra screens while only using one + the laptop to work…

    Feel free to answer me if you have any info or tip that could restore some hope in that purchase!

      Hi Joe,

      Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 impacts, many Amazon warehouses continue to struggle with capacity for goods and inbound shipments. We continue to work with Amazon to restore our offers for these products, but this process is taking longer than anticipated.

      We do not have any other resellers in EU to help here for a New unit. I’ll leave this comment open and follow-up when we have greater clarity on the situation for this specific SKU. For refurbished units, the units that we specifically sell as refurbished are covered under a 90-day warranty. Any third party refurbished units are only covered by any warranty they provide and are not covered by ourselves.

      I have finally been able to order one on Amazon France.
      & I added a 2-year extension guarantee.

      Sold by Plugable Technologies, shipped by Amazon.

      Very HAPPY!

      It will arrive at my home in 11 days.

    I left a simple comment on here the other day asking when the PLUGABLE TBT3-UDZ might be available. My comment was deleted?Can you please give us an update?
