Bluetooth 5 Adapter Drivers
Windows only supports having a single Bluetooth radio installed at a time. If the driver installer detects another USB adapter, other than the Plugable USB-BT5 adapter, the installer will not proceed.
If this occurs, please contact us at support@plugable.com so that we can assist with getting the adapter working for your PC.
For advanced users, the driver can also be installed by going into Device Manager, right-clicking on 'Generic Bluetooth Adapter' which represents the USB-BT5, select 'Update Driver', then choose the folder on your PC that contains the extracted USB-BT5 driver.

Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter Drivers
Drivers for the Plugable USB Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter.
Please note that employer-provided computers under a Windows Active Directory environment will encounter install problems with these downloaded drivers. Work with your IT team to get the adapter working, if you are encountering issues getting the adapter working on an employer computer.
