Please note that employer-provided computers under a Windows Active Directory environment will encounter install problems with these downloaded drivers. Work with your IT team to get the adapter working, if you are encountering issues getting the adapter working on an employer computer.
Applicable Products
Windows 10 users should not manually install Bluetooth software to get the adapter working. If you are having issues on a Windows 10 PC with the Plugable Bluetooth adapter, please contact us at support@plugable.com for help.
Do not use the 12.0.1.940 driver on Windows 10, updates to Windows 10 made in 2020 break compatibility with this driver! If Windows 10 does not automatically install the driver, please try these instructions .
